the first a baluster vase, decorated with three qilin figures, the underside bearing an apocryphal Jiajing six-character mark in underglaze blue; the second an ovoid vase painted with figures in a garden.

Condition
height of smaller 6 1/4 in., 15.9 cm. The larger vase in overall good and complete condition. The smaller jar in good condition as well but with a hairline to the underside.
